Why do we gather / store information
We keep customer information in order to process and keep records of sales or other transactions for the purpose of ensuring that the requisite payments and deliveries are made.

VistaDVD does use the information provided by our customers to send information, either by email or the postal service, which VistaDVD deems would be of interest to individual customers. Namely newly released DVD's, VistaDVD special offer information or DVD information that VistaDVD believes would be of interest to the customer.

When placing an order, any customer can choose not to be included in the email and postal service lists ( See our order information page for further details ).

Any existing customer can be removed from the email and postal service lists by either responding to any received information with a request to be removed, or by visiting the VistaDVD web site and changing their customer details ( See our customer details page for further details ).

What information do we gather / store ?
VistaDVD collects information that is required to process customer orders, deliver the goods by post, accept payment and allow customers to monitor their orders. This includes, but is not limited to, name and address information and email address information. The information gathered may change at any time at the discretion of VistaDVD.

Who else do we give the information to ?
Any information we gather from our customers will only be used within VistaDVD. We do not distribute / trade  or divulge any of our customer information to any third parties.

How is the information stored?
All of your customer data is held on a secure server(s). Access to the server(s) is restricted to authorised personal only. Access to data is controlled and monitored on a regular basis to ensure no un-authorised access is being attempted. If un-authorised attempts are identified, steps are taken to report the incident then isolate and prevent any further attempts.
